I want to look forward to better days. I want to be happier and more comfortable in my own body. I just want to feel free.
1. Talk less negativity - talking less will lead to thinking less
2. Stay focus - I need to figure what to stay focus on. - music, skating, building my own strength physically and mentally, focus on keeping business mindset
3. IF SOMETHING DOESNT WORK, KEEP IT MOVING - "I have not failed I simply have found 1000 ways something does not work"
4. Work out, keep active. Don't eat burgers and tacos so late at night :P
5. Travel often - Don't spend money on unnecessary materials
6. Turn off the TV. Listen to more music
7. Read more books
8. Paint more paintings
9. Smile to more strangers. Ask how someone is more often
10. Stop comparison!
11. Be more honest. Be less harshfully honest. - maybe think before you speak sometimes
12. Write more - I'm getting forgetful. I need to document my thoughts, my actions and the cognition that led to those actions.
13. Be creative. Always think alternatively
14. Do anything and everything you set your mind to. Never regret your decisions but make them wisely... please
